Visit to Parliament

The Parliament is open to the public From Sunday to Thursday ( 11 am to 4 pm) usually. Please take note of the requirements mentioned below if you wish to visit us.

Local A) Long notice visitors   Not required
  • Application through organization letter pad with visitors list.
  • Application to be submitted: at least seven working-days prior to visit 
  • Approval of the authority will be informed by issuing letter. 
 Advance permission is required to observe  parliamentary session

Foreign

 

A) Short notice visitors

Tk. 500/- per person
  • Fill up the prescribed Form, attach copy of passport & valid visa of every individual.
  • Application submission: at least one working day prior to visit

 
  •  Approval of the authority will be informed over phone.

B) Long notice visitors

Tk. 500/- per person
  • Application through organization letter pad with list of visitors, copy of passport & valid visa of every individual.
  • Application submission: at least seven working days prior to visit
  •  Approval of the authority will be informed by issuing letter.

 Advance booking/permission is required to observe a parliamentary session

  1. Camera, cell phone, recorder,player or similar electronic devices, arms & ammunitions, sharp-edged tools etc. and foods are not allowed inside the Parliament-building
